Not only that – there’s plenty to offer everyone here, especially for schoolchildren and students. For many years, the ambiance and atmosphere of the old building have provided a popular meeting place for visitors from the region at trade fairs and markets, or for parties in the music park. The tranquility and idyllic location of the listed building, coupled with the desire for continued use, presented a challenge. An alternative to the noisy and often undemanding trade fair and leisure activities was found: a leisure park with a focus on senior citizens.
